5 Healthy Eating Habits for a great YOGA bod!!

fb.me/8szGjOfKf  #healthybod, #yogabody, #sexyforsummer, #bestrong, #loveyourbody

1. Natural is BEST: Choose foods the way nature made them whenever possible: a whole apple instead of applesauce. Edamame beans instead of tofu. Wine instead of heavy desserts - but eat the grapes too!!

2. Clean not Chemicals: Eating chemicals and processed foods simply is not as healthy as organic. Avoid degenerative diseases by eating organic food. Grow a garden on your balcony. Buy free-range only. Insist on antibiotic and hormone-free. Try sulphate-free wine.
